John is one of the wealth management industry’s most experienced and credentialled strategists and thought leaders.  He has most recently spent 10 years as a leading figure in Macquarie’s Virtual Adviser Network, recognised as the industry’s leading example of a peer-to-peer learning co-operative. John was the architect of much of VAN’s agenda and market proposition and drove the development of much of VAN’s content and IP.

Prior to joining Macquarie, John worked with several global management consulting firms, focused predominantly on aspects of the wealth management industry on extensive engagements in Australia and internationally. Professionally, John began as a lawyer, working as Senior Legal Counsel at AMP after stints at Mallesons Stephen Jacques (as it then was) and Phillips Fox.

John has an MBA from Columbia University (recognised as one of the best programs in the world), as well as Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws.

Paul is a Consultant of AdviceIQ and has vast experience working with licensees.  He was previously the General Manager Advice for Australian Unity Personal Financial Services and CEO of Premium Wealth Management Ltd, responsible for both financial advice networks. He has over 40 years of broad experience in the financial services industry including with Australian Ethical and Zurich Financial Services Australia. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors, and has a B.Bus; Adv, Dip. Financial Services (Financial Planning); Associate CIP of ANZIIF, and AIF ASFA.

Nicole has 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and having worked as a Corporate Services Manager for a wealth management firm brings vast experience across many key operational and strategic areas. Nicole oversees AdviceIQ Partners' operational functions including assisting advisers with all back-office administration, implementing compliance requirements, managing information technology and the transition of new firms to AdviceIQ Partners. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).

Anna has extensive experience in the financial services industry in various roles from Practice Manager of a boutique financial planning firm to working for over 12 years at BT Financial Group as Investor Centre Manager, Relationship Manager in the Private Client Division, Advice Coach for Westpac Investment Representatives and Business Development Manager. Anna's role at AdviceIQ Partners is to manage the financial and cashflow arrangements and maintain company accounts. Anna holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma in Accounting.
